David H. Parrack
David Parrack was born in Kingwood, West Virginia . He graduated from
the University of Baltimore with his J.D. Degree in 1975, after receiving
his B.A. Degree from East Carolina University. He was admitted to Maryland
Bar the same year. His local government law practice has included serving
as the Town Attorney for Chesapeake City, MD from 1976 through 1978
and as an Assistant State's Attorney from 1983 through 1991. He has
served as the Deputy State's Attorney for Cecil County since 1991, as
well as the Attorney for the Cecil County Board of License Commissioners
since 1987. Bar Association activities include membership in the Cecil
County Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, where he served
on the Grievance Commission Inquiry Committee, and American Bar Association.
Mr. Parrack practices in the area of Real Estate , Probate Law, Estate
Planning , Commercial Law and Land Use and Zoning Law. He ia also admitted
to practice in the U.S. District Court. Mr. Parrack has served the community
as a member of the Cecil County Economic Development Commission from
1976 through 1982; as well as serving his country in the U.S. Army from
1966 until 1968.
