Perry J. Seaman
Perry Seaman was born in Elkton, Maryland. He graduated from University of Delaware with his B.A. Degree , followed by his J.D. Degree from California Western School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 1985. He served as editor and staff writer for the California Western International Law Journal from 1984 through 1985 and his article on International Bounty Hunting was published in 1985. He was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1985. His local law practice includes serving as the current Assistant State's Attorney since 1991. Bar Association activities include membership in the Cecil County, Maryland and American Bar Associations. Mr. Seaman practices in the area of Real Estate , Negligence Law, Auto Accidents, Probate Law, Business and Banking Law, as well as Worker's Compensation. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
